The Cordy Android App by SilverTree Media is a game for the Android platform where the object is to help Cordy the robot power up his world. You do this by collecting objects in each level. Once you have collected all of the yellow planet looking objects you will be able to open the door to the next level by providing power with the plug looking object. Along your way in each level you will encounter obstacles which you will need ro over come by using the objects provided to you.

The controls consist of four buttons, two directional buttons, an action button and a jump button. The controls are well placed and easy to use. The graphics are 3D and are simply awesome. The entire game has been really well designed with pictures in certain areas that contain instructions on what you need to do when coming across a new obstacle.

Overall, the game is definitely unique and has awesome 3D graphics. Currently the free version is the only one available and has a limited number of levels. It will be interesting to see if a paid version of the game comes out with more levels. At teh time of this review the Cordy Android App is free.

Known Issues
– DROID 2 doesn’t show on-screen controls. Until this bug’s fixed, please use the keyboard instead. Move left = “A”, Move right = “D”, Jump = “SPACE”, and Action = “/”.
– ANDROID 2.3 (Gingerbread) occasionally crashes some phones, e.g., NEXUS S. Please upgrade to Android 2.3.3.
– SAMSUNG GALAXY S and FASCINATE phones with ANDROID 2.1 (Eclair) occasionally crash. Please upgrade to Android 2.2 (Froyo).
