CitiBank Android App Available on Android Market

Well if you are one of the CitiBank user’s and have been using the mobile banking facility for a while now, you probably know there hasn’t been an official app for android available on Market for a long time while people have been using the mobile version of CitiBank’s website to do the transactions but some smart people even stumbled over their non advertised android app that was available as an apk file on the country specific website of CitiBank. Though it was a cumbersome experience, selecting your phone models to make sure the app matches the screen size and sometimes when you find it gets stuck on the home screen.

Now the hassles have gone their way, CitiBank’s Android app for banking is available for over 10 countries through the Android market. But if you still don’t find your country listed in android market, you are still good to go with the app from their website or their mobile version of website.

Experimenting is good but if you want to use it for your country you will only be able to log in to the app meant for your country.
