The first thing you may notice is the user interface which looks more like any other to-do apps but shows its ease of use as you go further adding a couple of tasks. The high priority tasks toggle button shows only your most important tasks and thus puts them on the front burner so that you don’t miss out on the most important things in your life. Apart from these you also have the starred tasks and completed tasks view from the navigation bar for added convenience.
Adding a new task is really quick and you need not visit the task’s advanced menu to add additional details. Right from adding a due date or time to adding a task priority and tagging it right from there with just a tap the app also gives you option to add notes. With BHive Google Tasks | Todo right from your first task addition you will notice lower number of screen interaction required to add the same task you would have done the hard way. But if you like the longaround way the app has it too which includes the same data inputs with an additional option for recurring tasks. The recurring tasks like paying bills, visiting a doctor on a specific date can be achieved with this option which cuts off the need to add the same task every month.
Each tasks carries details like priority with a colored marker next to it, due date, and overdue dates in red to let you notice them, time of task, category, tags, and star button next to them. You can complete, edit or delete task from any menu by individual or multiple selections at once, so changing the date, priority, tags , categories and reminders for 20 tasks at a time is 20 times easier and makes more sense. These tasks in any menu are sorted in groups of date ranges throughout the app bringing out their importance and helping you plan their competition. The layout of the task menu can be changed from a compact design to a more informative style.
BHive Google Tasks | Todo lets you set up unique reminders for different priorities of task including 6 different vibration patterns and default ringtones available on your device. The settings menu also lets you change task display pattern, add and edit categories as well as tags. The sync function is readily available on your android phone and you just need to choose from the existing Google accounts configured on your phone, so no additional form filling required.
