The 3 in a row games have definitely taken over the puzzle category on the play store but most of them which draw your attention often feel like clones with no new challenges and lack of freshness. While trying to find something for puzzle lovers we come across this challenging game with a very unique concept where you play as crazy digger trying to find your way to the center of the earth, digging deep under the ground. The journey is filled up with rewards like gems, power-ups, secret treasures and time boosts while the game also sets you across hurdles like mines which compel you to find new way.

Digging Deep: Tap The Blocks gives you a tough time racing against the clock while you try hard to achieve the ultimate goal of digging deeper. You play as a crazy digger, tapping on the blocks to break them and as you go deeper you come across tougher blocks that require quite a lot of taps to break them, taking away your precious time. But the challenges don’t end here, while trying to dig deep you also move side to side to collect gems which can help you buy new character faces and upgrades like additional lives, additional time in each game and extra boost on power-ups. To ease your challenge, power-ups like blasts that push you deeper by a few blocks and additional time gains that add a few more seconds to the countdown clock are available between the blocks.

The game controls are self-explanatory and you have the leverage to dig on both sides and towards the bottom. These three simple controls are all you need to beat the high scores on the global boards with your quick reflexes of your thumbs. But if that isn’t enough you have some cool customizations that you can play with your game character sparing some hard earned gems. Apart from collecting the gems in game you can also trade your secret treasures collection for a handful of gems that in turn can be useful in improving your power-up strength, increasing the game countdown clock and even having extra lives in game if you lose them hitting on those deadly mines.

The game graphics are rich with colors and lively textures that add a fresh look to each level in the game accompanied by visual effects of broken blocks and power-up activation. You are sure to enjoy the motivational music and sound effects that accompany the game play and served no distraction to us as a gamer.

Digging Deep: Tap The Blocks may not be the most unique game you will find on the play store but the mix of an interesting concept, challenges and rewards is all that can keep you gaming for high scores on global leaderboards.  Digging Deep: Tap The Blocks is available free on the play store and totally ad free which gives you reason enough to try your hands on it.
